De Young Museum brings you The Summer of Love Experience: Art, Fashion and Rock & Roll, an exhilarating retrospective of over 300 artifacts, including posters, photographs, interactive installations and more! On display through August 20th, it gives you a chance to come back a couple times to soak up the good vibes!

Joy of the Optical: Stuart Davis at the De Young Museum

A master of modernist strokes, this jazz-influenced visionary represented one of the most vibrant eras in American culture. The seminal exhibition of the proto-pop art artist has made its way to the West Coast. Stuart Davis: In Full Swing is on display through August 6th at the De Young Museum in San Francisco.

Designing For The Little Mermaid by Zahra Jangbar

Earlier this month, Academy student Zahra Jangbar studying BFA Costume Design, had the immaculate responsibility of designing and developing costumes for a musical production, "Little Mermaid" in Monta Vista High School in Cupertino. In her words, Jangbar explains the excitement and experience of bringing every child's favorite fairy tale to life!
