Apart from the official website, Oribe maintains a professional website that is targeted to the top salon owners and stylists in the country. It is a closed community, open to stylists who carry Oribe products in their salons. Besides the social networking component to the site, there is a large editorial component.

Job Description: Oribe is currently looking for a motivated intern for the New York City Headquarters that will help develop creative ideas for the website content, manage the content schedule and act as a contributing writer.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone that wants to write a lot, edit and get published on the website. This can be a valuable experience in pursuing a career in beauty writing and eventually in long-term editorial planning.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
· High energy and motivation
· Excellent writing skills
· Focus on Journalism/Online Media, English
· Self-starter
· Ability to work independently
· Creative thinker who can develop unique story angles
· Strong attention to detail
· Interviewing skills
Preferred Majors: Journalism, Mass Communication, English
Details: This is a part-time internship and can also be done in combination with your current studies in New York.
The internship is unpaid, and may qualify for educational credit.
