Thre.ad is photo-sharing platform dedicated to sharing and viewing the best street-style from around the globe. Essentially, Thre.ad is about people – what people are wearing at the moment and how they are wearing it! It’s about authentic street style and democracy in fashion.
Job Description: As a Thre.ad intern you will “Spot Style”—take creative photos of your favorite styles, fashions and trends you see around campus. We would like you to represent Thre.ad not only as an intern, but as an Ambassador. We believe you will be instrumental in providing feedback about our applications, trendsetting and increasing user sign-ups around your community. Trust us, Thre.ad is so fun and easy that you’ll find yourself using it often!
As a Thre.ad trendsetter, your main objective will be to create content for Thre .ad by showing role model behavior (how to properly use Thre.ad); promote the Thre.ad brand and introduce Thre .ad to local retailers, campus media outlets, and local media outlets.
This will be a virtual internship in which you’ll work remotely . You will communicate with a Thre.ad E-Internship Coordinator on a weekly basis and determine required deliverables, which you will email .
Intern Title: Community Curator Intern
Required Software/Hardware: Access to a smartphone (iPhone or Android) or a camera, computer, and reliable Internet source .
Start Date: Spring Semester 2012
Compensation: Experience or College credit if applicable
Hours per week: Minimum 10
