Lumps of coal get a bad rap. They are quite useful gifts for the holidays because:
1.) If used in a fire, it can keep you warm
2.) It makes for a good conversation art piece if it’s sitting on your coffee table
3.) You can use it to draw
4.) Black is always in style
That said, it is a decent gift.
