Attention School of Fashion students and alumni: if your summer internships or post grad adventures have led you to Manhattan, we’ve got your Monday night made. 2010 MFA Fashion Design & Knitwear alumnus Steven Oo has been selected as the featured designer for SPINEXPO’s yarn exhibition, which kicks off in New York this Monday, July 15th-18th.

Steven’s presentation “Possible/Impossible” will spotlight Architectural Knitwear and the innovations in creating new techniques and challenges using Shima Technology and classic noble yarns. Steven was additionally commissioned to design 10 looks for the expo, five of which will debut in New York. The complete collection will be shown at SPINEXPO’s next showcase in Shanghai from September 2nd-5th.
