The Academy of Art University Urban Knights were recently inducted into the NCAA’s Division II – and they’re kicking off the season with match between our men’s soccer team and San Francisco State University! The game will begin at 7:00 PM, directly after the New Student Reception at Kezar Stadium.
For any new students, make sure to attend the reception which begins at 5:00 PM. You’ll be able to learn about student organizations and clubs, including the School of Fashion’s club Beyond the Front Row – be sure to stop by their booth and sign up! There will also be free concessions and snacks for you to enjoy. Shuttles will depart from 620 Sutter every 15 minutes beginning at 4:30 PM.
The kick-off game will also be a fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation – there is no required admission fee, but donations are happily accepted! All Academy of Art University students are encouraged to attend the game and support our athletes.
