The inspiration for my senior thesis collection came from my Converse shoes. I drew prints using my own pair and used those shapes to create my silhouettes. The collection’s shapes and silhouettes remind me of feminity and comfort with an oversized style.
I used mostly canvas and bull denim and included details such as grommets and shoelaces throughout the collection to create a similar feeling to Converse shoes.
