Art comes in accidental ways. While I was cleaning my room with all the fabrics I had over the years, I came up with an interesting idea: I wanted to use these deadstock fabrics to create a new “fabric”. I sampled a few different fabrications with different color combinations and fabric types. My idea is to use my “fabric” to represent the cracked earth, with blue thread as water to use in my design.
