Juxtaposing fabrics, clashing patterns and trippy photography combine to produce Fantastic Planet. This photoshoot styled by Yalun Zhan, BFA Fashion Styling student for his FSH Menswear styling Class, was published in Cake Magazine, Issue #27. The peculiarity of Zhan and Luc’s work merged seamlessly to channel the bizarre genius of designer Walter Van Beirendonck, the inspiration for this collaboration. With brightly colored face masks, hair reminiscent of devil horns, and a creative use of optical illusion, Fantastic Planet proves strange is stylish.
