Designers have been hard at work on their Resort ’13 collections, conjuring up fantastic designs for the dreamiest of seasons. These collections, though they’ve really only become popular in the fast few years, have always been interesting. They’re dedicated to the jet-set lifestyle, that assumes you’ll be taking some sort of tropical vacation to escape the cold during the winter months.
