Happy Columbus Day! Today’s “Monday Morning Photo” is reminding future fashion students to mark your calendars for this weekend, Saturday, October 19th, when the Academy of Art University will host its Open House / Open Studio event for all prospective students!
The above photo was taken during last semester’s Open House, where prospective students actually had to opportunity to style their own shoot and have it photographed by School of Fashion student photographer, Jeffry Raposas. This weekend, students will once again be able to style their own shoot as they tour the Fashion School’s state of the art facilities, experience interactive drawing workshops, view student work in knitwear and textile design, and meet Department Directors to get portfolio feedback.
