Levi’s has partnered with famed chef and food activist Alice Waters (and some stylish friends!) to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of her restaurant, Chez Panisse. In honor of this, they have collaborated on a set of t-shirts, the proceeds of which will benefit the Edible Schoolyard Project. This is a program that Alice Waters started in 1995 to help educate local school children on healthy eating, even helping them to plant their own gardens. Today, they are celebrating with a “School Lunch” on Maiden Lane. There will food, music, and fun – and it all benefits an amazing cause!
