Traveling around the world touring with the Grateful Dead and selling reworked clothing is when I truly fell in love with festival wear. I based my senior thesis collection on the Psychedelic Renaissance, which heavily reminds me of hippie culture and the things I would see traveling on the road. This collection has many eye-catching patterns and textures, from rhinestones to drip-dyed patterns.
The hexagon shape is another inspiration in this collection and can be found throughout the silhouettes of the garments. Hexagons are the shape of the flower of life, which all ties in with the psychedelic renaissance.
