Liz Valashinas, a student in FSH 278: Blogging created a blog called, “Female in the TL”. For you non-San Francisicans, the TL refers to the Tenderloin. Liz (a resident of the TL — hence the title of her blog) says the neighborhood is “the poorest, densest, and has the worst reputation of all districts in the city.” She also describes it as the “heart of the city.” This leads us to her blog — which is a very clever take on her ‘hood.
