Mark your calendars: Balenciaga is coming to the de Young Museum in San Francisco.
The exhibit opens on March 26 and is called Balenciaga and Spain examines the profound and enduring influence of Spain on the work of haute couture master Cristóbal Balenciaga with European editor at large for Vogue, Hamish Bowles as the guest curator.
The exhibit is at the de Young through July 4. Admission to Balenciaga and Spain is $25 adults, $22 seniors 65+, $21 students with current ID, $15 youth 6–17, and free for members and children 5 and under. There is a $5 discount for purchasing tickets in advance. Tickets include admission to the special exhibition Olmec: Colossal Masterworks of Ancient Mexico.
