Sketches by Gladys Perint Palmer and her mother Marthe Perint were recently featured in a catalog for the world famous Christie’s auction house.
This particular auction called Fashion Through the Ages, includes sketches of Balenciaga, Desses, and Dior by her mother from the fashion catwalks of the ’50s and ’60s. In addition, Gladys adds to the mix with her collection of illustrations. The two provided a total of 21 sketches that were auctioned as a package.
