Those of you seated runway-side at the May 2013 Graduation Fashion Show remember the roar of the crowd that signaled a student’s collection about to take the catwalk. The cheers and enthusiasm of students supporting students in the industry went beyond the city by the Bay to across the pond last month during the annual Graduate Fashion Week in London. Each year the UK hosts the four-day long graduate event as part of London Fashion Week, celebrating the fashion wares of the world’s finest students.
This year, Fashion School Daily is excited to report that 2013 BFA Menswear Design student, Ran Bi’s, graduate collection was selected for the finale looks of the Autumn/Winter 2013-14 show. Showcasing an utterly tailored, modern, sporty vision, Ran collaborated with B.F.A. Sculpture student, Alexander Toy, on the menswear collection which debuted this past May during the graduation fashion show at the Palace of Fine Arts.
Congratulations, Ran, on being a part of such a prestigious graduate event. We know this is only the beginning!
